A completed project product
Heritage proposal — completed product: Voices of the Old House. Aim: explain a local historic house with a removable entrance display, large-print guide and optional audio. Evidence: dated museum records for chronology; consented resident interviews for memories, clearly labelled. Physical rule: no drilling, touching fragile surfaces or collecting objects. Access: a quiet route and a readable alternative to audio. Review: a specialist checks facts before publication; residents approve attribution. The final presentation includes a display mock-up and the complete guide text. This is a proposed design, not an assertion that interviews have already taken place.
Completed entrance-display copy: Voices of the Old House. Read the dated record panel for the building’s documented chronology; the adjacent memories panel is explicitly attributed and may contain uncertainty. Please use the removable guide stand rather than touch the historic wall. Choose the large-print guide or optional audio, and follow the approved visitor route. This proposed display must be checked by the site specialist before use; no interviews are claimed to have happened.
