Model for the following tasks — original teaching text
A: In my opinion, sharing chores is fairer than leaving them to one person.
B: I agree about fairness, but should a student preparing for exams do the same amount?
A: Perhaps not. We could exchange jobs for that week.
B: That seems reasonable. The agreement should be discussed, not assumed.

Family values in the UK: There is no single routine followed by every British household. Respect, mutual care and responsibility can be expressed through shared meals, visits or practical help. Describe a particular family rather than claiming that all families in a country behave alike. Compare a routine with your own using both a similarity and a difference.
