To manage time effectively, I begin with the tasks that matter most. Each Sunday I write a short weekly plan and leave some space for unexpected work. During a study session, I put my phone away so that messages do not interrupt me. If a task feels too large, I divide it into smaller steps. I also protect time for sleep, exercise and friends. A useful plan should support my health, not make every minute stressful. I review it at the end of the week and change what did not work.
Plan a topic sentence, two supporting details, a reason or example and a closing. Use the grammar of this unit where it naturally fits. Check meaning first, then grammar and spelling; a longer paragraph is not automatically better.
