For a school-support programme, I would prioritise accessible materials and teacher training. Equipment could help, but only if maintenance and electricity are reliable. I would ask local teachers and families to identify barriers first, then compare costs and expected benefits. A smaller programme may be more effective than a larger donation with no support.

Interaction and development

A: Would you like to attend our international-cooperation exhibition on Friday?
B: I’d be delighted to. What time does it begin?
A: At three in the library.
B: Thank you for inviting me. I can stay for the first hour.

Give a position, support it with a concrete example, acknowledge a limitation and invite a response. A partner should ask a real follow-up question, not read a separate prepared speech.

Stress in words with more than three syllables
inter-NA-tion-al, organi-SA-tion, edu-CA-tion-al, oppor-TU-ni-ty. Read: International cooperation creates educational opportunities. Primary stress is marked by capitals; secondary stress and vowel quality may vary by accent. Practise whole words in phrases, not isolated stressed syllables only.
Grammar
Comparatives compare two items: smaller than, more effective than. Superlatives identify an extreme in a stated group: the smallest, the most effective of the three. Some forms are irregular: good–better–best, bad–worse–worst. Do not double-mark comparison: not more better. A comparison needs a criterion; a cheaper programme is not automatically more effective.
