A completed project product

Go Green Weekend — completed event card: Sunday, 7:45–10:00; school courtyard and community garden. Paper-reuse station: Mai and Phuc check that sheets contain no personal information. Plant-care station: the gardener demonstrates watering; students use small cans. Safety lead: Ms Lan supervises movement and keeps the road out of bounds. Rain plan: a library workshop using the same clean materials. Evidence sheet: count disposable cups during two equal school weeks, one before and one after the event. Final display reports the two real counts, method and limitations; it must not replace missing counts with invented success.

Produce evidence ethically

Keep the product’s title, audience, method and practical limits visible. If collecting real responses, obtain consent, avoid private identifiers and report only actual data. Label planning figures and illustrative examples. Rehearse a short presentation with source credits and a genuine question period.

I recommend preventing waste before buying replacements. Bringing a bottle reduces the need for disposable cups, provided there is safe drinking water. Reusing paper can save resources, but private information must be removed first. A daily monitor is practical because responsibility is visible and shared. We should compare the same type of waste over equal periods rather than promise a result we have not measured.

Grammar
Will + base verb expresses a decision made now or a prediction; be going to + base verb expresses a prior intention or a prediction based on present evidence. In a passive clause, the receiver becomes the subject: People collect paper → Paper is collected. Keep the original tense in be: will collect → will be collected. The agent with by is optional when unimportant.
