Three-word phrasal verbs include look forward to (anticipate), get on with (have a good relationship or continue), keep up with (stay at the same level), come up with (produce an idea), put up with (tolerate), look up to (admire) and run out of (exhaust a supply). An object normally follows the full expression: keep up with it, not keep it up with. To in look forward to is a preposition, so use an -ing form after it.
Report orders/requests with tell/ask + object + to-infinitive: Please wait → She asked us to wait. Negative: Do not share it → She told us not to share it. Report an offer with offer + to-infinitive: I can help → He offered to help. Advice can use advise + object + to-infinitive: She advised me to check. Preserve the intended function and pronoun reference; a request is not automatically an order.
